NEW YORK--()--MIXI, Inc. has announced that its photo-sharing app FamilyAlbum is providing free reshipment of products purchased on their service which were damaged or lost due to the wildfires, in support of those affected by the disaster.

  • Photo prints
  • Photo albums
  • Photobooks
  • Calendars
  • DVDs
  • Wall art

Please understand that it may not be possible to provide support for very old orders or if the photos used have been removed from FamilyAlbum. Please contact FamilyAlbum even if you think this is the case.

Free Delivery Period:

January 7, 2025 - January 6, 2026
This period may be extended depending on the situation.

How to Contact FamilyAlbum:

If you lost FamilyAlbum photo products in the disaster, please contact FamilyAlbum by opening the app, going to the Settings tab, and tapping "Inquiries". Alternatively, you can go to the Store tab and tap "My Orders".

  • Please ensure you mention the damaged or lost product to be replaced in your initial message.
  • If you wish for the product to be sent to a different location than it was previously sent to, please provide the new delivery details as well.
  • To ensure delivery, please be sure to provide the correct zip code and address to be delivered to.
  • Items given or received as gifts are also eligible. If possible, please have the person who ordered the product reach out.

Regardless of your location, if you have FamilyAlbum products that have been damaged due to the effects of a natural disaster (flooding, home damage, etc.), please reach out and let them know about your situation.
